Brazilian Medium Roast whole bean coffee is a blend of naturally harvested and sun-dried beans from Brazil. These beans are harvested from several elevations by Mogiana Eagle. Expect a wonderful roasted cashew and cocoa taste profile. We recommend using this coffee in drip, espresso and French press brewing methods BUT fine grinding will produce the preferred taste experience. Begin your brewing with a ratio of 60 grams per litre of water.
